General Summary:
The FP&A Manager plays a key role in delivering financial insights and reporting solutions to senior management and stakeholders across the organization. As a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, this role partners closely with business leaders to support performance management, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for assigned departments
- Partner with departmental leaders to deliver insights that drive strategic and operational decisions
- Monitor and interpret financial results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; advise leadership on recommended actions
- Analyze current and historical performance metrics and KPIs
- Develop and enhance financial models to support scenario planning and strategic initiatives
- Review work of junior team members; delegate tasks as appropriate
- Improve and maintain planning tools, reporting processes, and forecasting methodologies
- Drive process improvements to enhance data integrity and optimize internal reporting capabilities
- Lead components of the annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning cycles
- Evaluate financial impact of strategic initiatives and M&A opportunities
- Communicate budget assumptions and outcomes across the organization: address stakeholder inquiries
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

- 5+ years of progressive relevant experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with senior executives
- Very strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Highly proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects
- Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar FP&A systems preferred
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid/Remote/On-Site depending on location
• 0-10% travel may be required
