The BIM Manager serves as a key leader within Parkhill’s Design Technology team, responsible for advancing Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards, workflows, and implementation across all disciplines. This role ensures that BIM processes align with Parkhill’s strategic objectives for innovation, quality, and efficiency. The BIM Manager collaborates closely with the Design Technology Director, project teams, and external partners to promote consistency, technical excellence, and continuous improvement in digital design delivery.

Responsibilities:Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Parkhill’s BIM standards, tools, and workflows.
Support project teams with technical guidance, troubleshooting, and execution of BIM Execution Plans.
Collaborate with the Design Technology Director, studio leaders, and external partners to optimize BIM processes and digital design strategies.
Manage and maintain content libraries, templates, and automation tools such as Dynamo and Revit API.
Train staff, lead onboarding, and promote firmwide best practices for BIM workflows.
Communicate effectively across teams and locations to ensure project coordination and collaboration.
Participate in industry learning communities, conferences, and workshops to stay current on emerging BIM technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of five years of progressive BIM-related design or construction experience.
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with Dynamo, Revit API, and customization tools preferred.
Autodesk Professional Certification is desirable.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams, studios, and external partners.
