Business Processes Senior Analyst at IMC Companies

Position Overview: The Business Processes Sr. Analyst reports directly to the Director of Business Processes and serves as the liaison between Administrative Services Group (ASG) and the Corporate Headquarters Services Group (CHS) to facilitate creation and improvement of automation of processes. Additionally, the position may support Operating Regions with the same purpose at the discretion of the Director of Business Processes.

 Responsibilities:

• Develop deep knowledge of core processes within ASG
• Analyze processes and data to facilitate optimization
• Establish and build rapport and partnerships with users, CHS representatives and stakeholders, where appropriate
• Publish and communicate process optimization results to Director of Business Processes
• Conduct analysis and reconciliation of data as directed
• Other duties as assigned

 Qualifications:

The Senior Analyst will be committed to IMC Companies mission. All candidates should have proven software development skills and problem-solving experience in business processes. Concrete demonstrable experience and other qualifications include:

• Degreed, with at least 5 years of experience; track record of effectively collaborating with users and stakeholders in a performance and results-based organization; ability to point to specific examples of having participated in the development and implementation of optimization strategies that have taken an organization to the next stage of efficiencies in business processes 
• Unwavering commitment to quality programs and data-driven process evaluation 
• Excellence in organizational skills and time management with the ability to collaborate with staff to achieve strategic objectives 
• Past success in cultivating relationships across departments and job levels
