What You’ll Do

• Conduct intakes, assessments, and treatment plans.
• Provide therapy using evidence-based, heart-centered approaches.
• Keep documentation light and timely (we stick to a 24-hour note goal).
• Join in on team meetings, collaboration, and consults.
• Represent Evolution Wellness with professionalism — and maybe a little personality, too.

What You Bring

• Master’s in Social Work
• Active LCSWA license in North Carolina
• A growth mindset and a collaborative spirit
