Massage Therapist Apprentice

We're currently seeking the most talented, newly-licensed Massage Therapist to join our Apprenticeship Program. This Apprenticeship is paid and available for LMTs licensed in Texas who have recently graduated from a Massage Therapy program within the last 12 months, with the goal of acquiring full time employment with Viva Day + Med Spa. 

This role is designed to elevate your skills to Viva’s standard of excellence, working closely with our experienced LMT Trainer. You'll refine massage techniques and gain firsthand exposure to Viva’s Culture of Caring, encompassing daily operations, guest care, professionalism, cleanliness standards, and our signature hospitality culture. Successful completion allows you to be considered for a Licensed Massage Therapist position with us.

• A certificate of completion of the Viva LMT Apprenticeship Program

Qualifications

• Massage Therapist with valid Texas License or pending Texas licensing

• Graduated from Massage Therapy school within the last 12 months

• Commitment to a 90-day program to refine skills

• Availability to work with a mentor for at least 18 hours per week (Mon–Fri)

• Seeking employment with Viva as LMT upon successful apprenticeship completion (not guaranteed)

• Receptive to constructive feedback in a feedback-rich environment

• Ability to work a flexible work schedule including evenings and holidays

• Physical ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift

• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Eagerness to grow and learn in a fast-paced setting

• A warm, calm and nurturing demeanor and a passion for caring for others

• A responsible; wellness-oriented team player, with a strong work ethic
