Job Requirements
• Master's degree in Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner
• 2+ year experience working in a clinical setting, preferably Emergency Department or Urgent Care Center
• Massachusetts state licensure
• MA Board authorization to practice licensure
• American Heart Association - Basic Life Support Certificate and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
• Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred but not required
• Valid prescriptive authority from both the MA DPH-DCP and Federal DEA
• Experience in an Emergency Department or Urgent Care Center
• Competency in provision of care to patients of all ages

Salary Range
$90,000 - $150,000
The base pay range reflects what Associated Physicians of Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (APHMFP) / Longwood Specialty Physicians (LSP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of the posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality. APHMFP/LSP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contribution.
