Entry-level New Business Development Responsibilities:

• Own your territory and generate 100% new business
• Set monthly appointments through cold calling, networking, and creative outreach
• Maintain a strong prospect pipeline
• Work side-by-side with a supportive sales team and experienced managers who invest in your success
• Leverage tools like Compass and ConnectWise to track and dominate your sales game

Qualifications

Entry-level New Business Development Qualifications/Experience:

• 0-2 years of experience in B2B outside sales
• Demonstrated fearless cold calling and prospecting is a plus
• Entrepreneurial spirit and goal-driven focus
• Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate excellent time management skills
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift, push, pull 30 pounds
• Bachelor's degree OR relevant sales experience
• Stellar communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
