A Day in the Life  

As a Logistics and Vendor Compliance Supervisor, you will play an important part of overseeing the Vendor Compliance team by monitoring vendor compliances and ensuring all policies and procedures of vendors are being followed. You’ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

$67,500.00 - $84,250.00

Schedule: 

Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

All About You 

What You’ll Bring to the Role: 

• Extensive knowledge with Retail Compliance Guidelines, Offset Expense and SSC-128 barcode label format their requirements per Vendor business practice  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Must be a high-compliant and accurate individual 

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills 

• Ability to quickly assimilate an understanding of business operations with experience in developing and improving internal compliance standards  

• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities 

• Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests) 

The Must Haves: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or related field    

• 3+ years of client/customer services and vendor compliance experience in warehouse or transportation environment   

• Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) experience is a must   

• Intermediate experience with ERP systems and 3rd party Portals   

• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, sitting for long periods of time, occasionally walking and standing, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc. when stepping into the warehouse  

Things You Will be Doing 

• This position involves responsibility for direct supervision of team members and support the Logistics and Vendor Compliance Manager with day-to-day tasks 

• Ensures that onboarding of new clients is successfully done for proper compliance records 

• Analyze, research chargebacks, determine findings to communicate to the client and work with Client Services and the Operations teams to help determine root cause 

• Ensures that the team maintains the most recent Retail Vendor Compliance guides for the company 

• Following NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP) 

• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times 

• Performs other duties as requested
