Your Impact:

This is a high-impact, hunter-focused role responsible for developing new business with Platinum-level clients such as major Facilities Management firms servicing enterprise and blue-chip customers.

You’ll own the top of the sales funnel, executing a ruthless focus on high-level discovery calls and proactive outreach. Your goal is to get in front of key decision-makers before they’re even looking for a solution, positioning Planteria as a trusted partner and thought leader in biophilic design.

By establishing credibility early, you’ll open opportunities to influence strategy, shape upcoming RFPs, and secure long-term service partnerships covering the full lifecycle of our offering: design, installation, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of interior planting programs.

Some of your core responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain a pipeline that delivers against your monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within leading Facilities Management organizations.
  • Execute a disciplined outreach strategy with a focus on high-value discovery conversations and early relationship development before formal procurement begins.
  • Build strong, multi-level relationships within complex client organizations to uncover both immediate and future opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting and initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Collaborate with internal design and commercial teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Represent Planteria Group at client meetings, conferences, and industry events to build visibility and influence.

Requirements

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Proven success in B2B new business development in any industry, but bonus points if you have experience within Facilities Management, Building Services, or design-related industries.
  • Experience selling to large, complex organizations with multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • Exceptional prospecting and discovery skills; confident leading executive-level conversations.
  • Strong understanding of solution-based selling and commercial deal structures.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute territory and account development plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
