Main responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and staffing of the Meat Department.
- Supervise, schedule, and train meat cutters and clerks.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and culling products.
- Operate meat processing equipment (grinders, saws, tenderizers, knives).
- Maintain accurate records and perform monthly inventory checks.
- Implement merchandising programs and ensure pricing integrity.
- Provide high-quality customer service, including special orders and custom cuts.
- Monitor and analyze department reports to identify opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the department.

- Adapt to changing schedules, including weekends and holidays
