Part-Time Delivery Driver at PACKER FASTENER AND SUPPLY INC

Description

We’re looking for a part-time reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our Madison Team! 

Schedule: 20-30 hours/week (Monday–Friday)

What You’ll Do:

• Safely deliver products to local customers

• Load/unload orders and ensure timely, accurate deliveries

• Provide friendly, professional service at every stop

• Use a flatbed to transfer products to customers

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Ability to lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs)

• Familiarity with the Milwaukee area is a plus!

• Must pass a DOT Physical and hold a valid Federal Med Card (we will cover the cost if you do not currently have one)

Qualifications

Job Specifications 

• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Must be able to obtain coverage through company's auto insurance carrier according to company Driver Safety Policy.  
• Familiarity of delivery territory 
• A highly-detailed individual with a focus on accuracy 
• Excellent communication skills 
• A well-organized team player who can relate to employees at all levels of an organization. 
• Must pass a DOT Physical and hold a valid Federal Med Card (we will cover the cost if you do not currently have one) and be comfortable driving a flatbed and bigger vehicles

Physical Requirements:  

• Effectively handling object(s) up to 50 pounds 
• Standing for long periods of time, bending, kneeling, crouching
