POSITION SUMMARY: The RCS Manager works with clients and families to create client-centered, strength-based treatment plans utilizing ABA methods to promote positive behavior change. The RCS Manager supervises BHPs by offering trainings, oversight, and accountability in areas of client care, paperwork completion, and submission of timesheets.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a client caseload, including the intake and review process paperwork for each client served.
- Timely and thorough completion of assessments, treatment plans, plan reviews, chart reviews, and billing authorizations.
- Supervise BHPs by providing day to day support, regularly scheduled group supervision, and holding BHPs accountable to compliance with regulations, requirements, and expectations.
- Report major changes and other pertinent information or questions directly to supervisor.
- Responsible for training new hires on program paperwork and expectations.
- Keeps up-to-date with regulations and practices impacting RCS.
Requirements
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor degree from an accredited four (4) year institution of higher learning with a specialization in
- psychology, behavioral health, social work, special education, counseling, rehabilitation, nursing, or a closely
- related field.
One (1) year experience in one of the areas listed above. - Three (3) years of experience in supervision preferred.
- Evidence of progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Valid State of Maine driver license, reliable transportation with proof of registration and insurance, and
- willingness to use own transportation for work.
