We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join our U.S. Sales team. This role is based in Florida and reports to the District Sales Manager.

Job Summary

As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll lead the growth of IPEX’s piping solutions across your territory by building strong relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers, and end-users. You’ll have the opportunity to shape regional sales strategies, deliver technical training, and champion our innovative products while driving long-term customer success.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Promote IPEX products and solutions to drive territory growth.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business goals.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers, and municipal stakeholders.

  • Deliver technical education and product training to customers and partners.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Operations, Marketing) to ensure seamless customer experience.

  • Monitor territory performance including order patterns, backlog, and service levels.

  • Maintain accurate records and reporting through CRM tools.

  • Travel regularly (approx. 80–100 nights/year) to customer sites and industry events.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical) or Business Administration/Marketing preferred.

  • 5–7 years of sales experience, ideally in the waterworks or utility industry.

  • Strong technical aptitude with excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

  • Effective presentation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
