✨ What You'll Do as a Vet Tech/Assistant
As a key member of our medical team, you’ll help ensure every patient receives exceptional care and every client feels supported and informed.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- 🐾 Assisting in patient exams, diagnostics, and surgeries
- 💉 Performing restraint, radiology, blood draws, catheter placements, and lab work
- 💊 Administering oral, subcutaneous, and intravenous medications
- 🛌 Monitoring anesthesia and assisting with surgical recovery
- ❤️ Communicating clearly and compassionately with clients about patient care and home instructions
- 🧼 Maintaining clean, organized, and fully stocked clinical and surgical areas
- 🖥 Accurately documenting patient records, treatments, and communications
💡 What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant preferred
- Credentialed technicians (LVT, RVT, CVT) are a plus—but not required
- Confidence in phlebotomy, radiology, anesthesia, and surgical preparation
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Passionate about animal health, client education, and high-quality care
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Availability for part-time hours, including some Saturdays
