Summary:

Coordinate shipping and receiving goods from different locations including land, air and sea. Communicate on a timely basis with customers to follow up in status of their product. Provide support to others in the shipping area. Maintain excellent communication channels with buyers/planners in order to assure that product shipments comply with customer’s requirements. Provide information of status product shipped.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This section contains a list of five to eight primary responsibilities of the work. The incumbent will perform other duties as assigned.
1. Coordinate all domestic and international shipments including all require documentation.
2. Coordinate with the different companies all the booking needed for all air andor sea shipments.
3. Use for all movements the carriers company specified in the Baxter Routing Guide.
4. Maintain a file for each company to maintain a copy of all documents processed.
5. Maintain traceability of all shipments.
6. Prepare all shipping documents.
7. Documents filling.
8. Coordinate the movements of trailers, and request empty trailers as needed.
9. Assist our accounting department in the solutions of all inventory discrepancies those appear in their shipping transactions.
10. Responsible for conducting EHS inspections to identify and correct safety hazards and environmental
11. Aspects. Follow the EHS applicable procedures and analyse EHS incidents (including near misses) to find causes and takes corrective action.
12. Maintain a constant and good communication with quality/mfg. team in order to align the priorities and meet with the expectations of time and delivery.
13. Strong knowledge of systems as TROS, GME, DAS, B4one, among others.
14. Forklift certification as require.
15. Actively report health and safety hazards, environmental aspects, incidents, and EHS management system risks and opportunities. Participate in the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for continuous improvement of the EHS Management System.
16. Move materials of your destinations and prepare to be ship as required.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. List knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

Computer knowledge. Make decisions based on work priorities. Have driver licenses and forklift licenses is a must. Must be able to work irregular hours, holidays and shut down schedules.
