Job Duties:
- Audit retailer's website on both desktop and mobile, identifying key areas for improvement to optimize for conversion, cross-sell, and up-sell
- Overhaul consumers’ mobile experience, moving from a simple responsive to a mobile-first design.
- Increase e-commerce conversion rate with a focus on mobile conversion
- Improve search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO), and implement affiliate marketing strategies to increase sales
- Optimize Shopify add-ons and identify areas to increase platform speed.
- Increase attach rates for cross-sell items
- Look for opportunities to expand business into new geographic markets
- Increase gross margins on core PC products through cost reduction at the materials level
- Perform additional related duties, as assigned
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a closely related field
- 5 years’ experience
- Prior employment experience must be in e-commerce management. Must have experience optimizing SEM and SEO, utilizing Shopify, and implementing affiliate marketing strategies to increase sales
- Alternative Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a closely related field
- 1 year of experience
