What We Seek
We’re looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Monday.com) to join our Technology team. This role is critical in optimizing our operational processes through effective use of Monday.com, integrations, and automations. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to design workflows, streamline architecture, and ensure smooth adoption of new processes. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Monday.com workflows and automations to optimize business processes.
- Customize Monday.com dashboards and boards to meet the specific needs of various departments.
- Streamline architecture to ensure efficient and scalable solutions.
- Define and implement operational processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Obtain feedback on operational processes and make necessary adjustments.
- Assist with change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on Monday.com functionalities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance productivity.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Monday.com integrations to ensure seamless operation.
- Stay updated with Monday.com updates and new features to continuously improve system performance.
- Administer Monday.com accounts, including user management, permissions, and security settings.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies within Monday.com.
- Generate reports and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support general Business Analyst activities for the Technology Department as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Excellent understanding of Monday.com’s features and capabilities.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into effective workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, structured documentation.
- Experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs for technical teams.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Experience collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information System, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Masters or advanced degree is optional).
- 3 years of experience in product ownership, user experience, and or business processes.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience with Make.com for creating APIs and integrations.
- Familiarity with automation tools and system integrations.
- Exposure to change management practices.
- Background in process optimization or operational efficiency roles.
