Position Overview:
Are you looking for a career that enables you to bring your architectural and Engineering expertise to influence and develop automated tools / solutions that will improve an organization’s Identity Governance capability? Freddie Mac is seeking a creative hands-on leader to be a member of the Identity and Access Management team within the Enterprise Business Technology Operation (EBTO) organization. As an IAM Solution Architect you will develop and maintain the IAM reference architecture, roadmap, and integration patterns aligned with enterprise security and IT strategy. Partners with Enterprise Architects, Cloud Security, and DevSecOps teams to ensure consistent identity standards across on-prem, hybrid, and SaaS platforms. Define IAM solution architecture for authentication, authorization, provisioning, governance, and privilege management.

The Enterprise BTO organization enables business operational excellence through the flexible use of technology. The department provides IT strategic services (software development, enhancements, and production support) to support the needs of the Enterprise groups - External Relations and Corporate Communications, Finance, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Legal, Operational Resilience, and Regulatory Affairs.
This role will be focused within IAM and often have intersections with the other above-mentioned business lines.
Delivery of IAM solutions to enable self-service capabilities
Delivery of integrations between IAM systems and other systems
Collaboration with stakeholders to advance our technical capabilities, automate and optimize processes to meet business requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred
10+ years of relevant experience
Experience with cloud computing platforms
Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ preferred
Strong Front and Back End Development Skills: Python, Java full stack, Angular
Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling.
Solid understanding of Information and application security including NIST

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $154,000 - $232,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
