Boone Memorial Health is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Facilities Courier to join our Facilities and Maintenance team in Madison, WV. In this role, you’ll support the daily operations of our hospital and off-site facilities by safely transporting supplies, equipment, and important materials — helping ensure our teams have what they need to care for patients.

Who We Are
Boone Memorial Health (BMH) is a growing, rural Critical Access Health System based in Madison, West Virginia. Our 25-bed inpatient hospital features a 24/7 Emergency Department and Level IV Trauma Center, supported by a network of outpatient clinics and specialty services throughout Boone County and the surrounding region.

Qualifications
Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Prior courier or delivery experience

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver supplies, equipment, and documents between hospital and off-site facilities

• Maintain assigned vehicle in clean and safe working condition

• Ensure deliveries are accurate, timely, and properly documented

• Assist with moving equipment, furniture, and other materials as needed

• Follow hospital safety, infection prevention, and security protocols

• Provide courteous and professional service to all staff and departments
