Part-Time Clubhouse Attendant at Artemis Lifestyles Services, LLC

If you enjoy keeping your space tidy and clean, then we want you to work with our terrific team serving a 55 and older community in Apollo Beach. We are currently looking for a part-time Clubhouse Attendant for the community clubhouse, ballroom, gym, and pool areas. 

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-12:00pm

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the cleanliness of the club facility's interior/exterior to include bathrooms, café, furniture, gym equipment, and pool deck furniture.
• Dust rooms and furniture, Clean restrooms, locker rooms, and showers.
• Restock soap dispensers and hygiene supplies.
• Sweep patio area and dust patio furniture.
• Wash inside and outside windows and doors.
• Sets up & remove tables, chairs, and equipment for meetings, events, and activities 
• Clean up after events as needed 
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors
• Report any shortage of janitorial, maintenance or café supplies to the Onsite Manager
• Report any damage, burned out light bulbs and/or plumbing problems to the Onsite Manager.
• Work a minimum of 4 days for 6-hour shifts
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be willing to work early mornings, some evenings, weekends and some holidays. 
• Must be able to follow written or verbal instruction.
• High school diploma
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Consistent professional appearance and pleasant demeanor
• Ability to stand, sit, walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift 50 lbs.
