Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive strategic programs, and ensure timely delivery of complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program management for multiple technical initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business teams to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure program alignment with business objectives.
- Drive agile/scrum practices and continuous improvement across teams.
- Track progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination across global teams.
- Manage dependencies and ensure alignment across multiple projects and teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Extensive experience in technical program or project management.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional programs.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certifications.
- Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Background in product development or engineering.
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
