Ebenezer is looking for a Property Manager to join our senior condominium team at Hidden Pathways Condominium in White Bear Lake, MN. This position manages and supervises the day-to-day operations of the condominium association including, site supervision, board relations, committee support, financial oversite, member/owner relations, and promotes a healthy and vibrant environment for staff and residents.
This property manager schedule includes;
- 40 hours every two weeks
- Part time, Day shift
- On call for common area maintenance emergencies
Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership and supervision to staff
- Establishes and supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer satisfaction
- Develops budget, routinely monitors financial activities, and maintains accurate financial records
- Monitors the maintenance of the building and grounds and provides feedback/direction to appropriate staff as necessary
- Understands the association governance
- Performs other duties as assigned and directed
Required Qualifications:
- Three to five years previous experience – Life Experience in any of the following: Business, Sales, Hotel, Leasing, Accounting, Customer Service, Activities
- Solid working knowledge of basic Microsoft applications
- High-level communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with older adults
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate of Arts
- Five to ten years of previous experience
- Experience working with Seniors
$28.71- $40.54 Hourly
