#1 Cochran, the largest automotive retailer in Western Pennsylvania, is actively seeking a Sales Manager for our premiere Toyota showroom situated in North Huntingdon’s bustling retail corridor. The ideal candidate will have prior sales management experience and demonstrated success in a high-volume showroom. We are seeking a talented leader who is tech savvy, process-oriented, customer-driven and high-energy! Prior experience managing used car sales, or the finance office are both pluses.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be a leader & provide focus for your Sales team
- Work directly with our Team Members and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Maintain CSI at or above company standards
- Build rapport with customers to establish a strong customer network
- Provide support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Manage productivity of the sales department
- Maintain good working relationship with the manufacturer and lending institutions
- Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of dealership sales management experience required
- Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a strong culture of team inclusivity
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Tech savvy with solid experience in handling internet and phone inquiries
