Job Responsibilities
Job Summary/Purpose:
Undergo the required technical training to learn, understand, and execute the job related responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Operational:
1. Undergo the training program set by MNSS and TMC Training Institutions and successfully pass the periodic examinations.
2. Learn and understand MNSS standards, policies, procedures, and work instructions during the training period
3. Check always with the instructors for confirmation and clear understanding of any vague or difficult areas that might arise during the training.
4. Receive allocated work, examines, assess and plan service and repair work under guidance of Supervisor, Workshop and performs difficult repair work on a variety of vehicle mechanical parts (engine, transmission, suspension, etc.)
5. Plan necessary work, referring to manufacturer's manuals for complex and other work and determine new parts or machining operations and initiates through Supervisor, Workshop
6. Reassemble parts making precision measurements and check for correct functioning using hand tools, gauges, inspection and measuring equipment (portable and stationary), check lists and other process aids.
7. Use all safety and health materials & tools.
Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
