The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.

- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Approve functional specifications to ensure alignement with business requirements
- Provide guidance to project teams, product management, and stakeholders
- Approve estimates of resource needs and schedule of work with related stakeholders
- Participate in sessions to ensuring System Integration and User Acceptance Test scripts properly reflect business and functional requirements
- Approve system documentation to ensure compliance with company-specific best practices and standards
- Approve recommended controls to ensure remediation of perceived risks
- Corroborate justification and ROI related to solutions designed to automate manual processes
- Partner with business users/IT senior leaders to ensure deliverables are properly aligned with organizational roadmaps
- Provide leadership and handles all aspects of team management, including the development of employees
- Create an inclusive environment across all aspects of the team, including continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and teamwork
- Balance demand and resources for short- and long-term budget planning
- Maintains constructive relationship within and outside the team by actively listening to leadership and team members, peers, and other operational units
- Mitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
