Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead all activities related to test execution for e-Mobility products and contained system, mechanical, electrics/electronics or software elements as assigned.
- Support external test execution.
- Responsible for test part commissioning.
- Contribute to the exchange of development-related information and collaboration with internal/external development partners (e.g., system, electrics/electronics, or software development), providers of equipment and tools (e.g., test rigs, test environment for model-in-the-loop, software-in-the-loop, processor-in-the-loop, hardware-in-the-loop tests), or customers.
- Responsible for the optimization of equipment efficiency.
- Responsible for testing automation.
- Ensure safety procedures including High-Voltage Safety are followed.
- Lead discussions with customers on determining how to properly test their part (setup, communication, control) using Schaeffler test equipment.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field and 1 year of experience
- Understanding of vehicle powertrain architectures and components.
- Basic understanding of electric machines and controls of hydraulics and heat transfer.
- Experience in functional safety of mechatronic development.
- Experience in presenting engineering topics and moderating discussions.
- Experience in solving engineering problems.
