HVAC Service Technician at None

Currently hiring for HVAC Service Technicians for upcoming projects in Charlotte, NC. The ideal HVAC Service Technician has 3+ years experience in the residential and/or commercial field. Pay is $24 - $30 an hour based on skill set and experience.

HVAC Service Technician Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, service, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including forced air units, boilers, and split systems.
• Clean and repair HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Interpret blueprints and diagrams for accurate diagnostics and repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and site assessments, implementing necessary modifications.
• Utilize hand and power tools safely for installation and repairs.
• Perform physical tasks, including climbing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and standing for extended periods.
• Identify wiring and cables accurately and prepare sites for installations and repairs.
• Maintain service vehicles and document all repairs and maintenance.
• Stay updated on HVAC products and provide technical support to customers.
• Adapt to varying work environments, including extreme temperatures.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned, including work in confined spaces or at heights.

 HVAC Service Technician Job Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in residential and/or commercial HVAC service and maintenance
• HVAC Master or Journeyman license a plus
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, tools, and safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Able to travel locally as needed
• Your own reliable transportation
