A key member of rePurpose Global’s Customer Success Team, the Customer Success Manager owns strategic accounts focused on CPG brands in the beauty sector. The face of rePurpose Global throughout the post-sales customer journey - from onboarding and implementation to renewal and representing the needs of the customer to the wider business. Working across both compliance and plastic recovery customers, the CSM will hold relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on account retention and growth.

Responsibilities:
Own a book of business focused on CPG brands in the baby, pet & home industries.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers and successfully establish relationships throughout the customer’s organization.
Create a structured cadence with accounts, conducting QBRs and making recommendations for further product utilization
Manage compliance customers through complex reporting cycles, working closely with Product, Delivery & Enablement teams to ensure clear communication and adherence to legislation.
Identify expansion and up-sell opportunities, new use cases, and own renewal of customer contracts.
Remain current with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and market conditions to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities for our clients.
Coordinate technical resources needed for up-sell opportunities and support issues, and own client health reporting.
Analyze customer data to identify and propose new ideas and processes to prevent issues and increase retention.
Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships with existing clients.
What We Are Looking For:
A background in customer/stakeholder management with experience managing multiple workstreams, leading relationships at all levels
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to adapt and thrive in rapidly changing circumstances
A proven track record of quota achievement Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a bias for action
Experience with CRM systems, Hubspot preferred
Preferred: experience working within CPG and/or packaging/manufacturing organizations
Remuneration
The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below.
For roles based in New York City, the estimated compensation for the role is $85K-$95K (not including OTE)

The preference for this role is NYC based candidates, but we are open to other locations depending on the right fit. We also have our head office in New York City, at 1460 Broadway, where we meet once every quarter.
