About the Role
For their designated brand(s), the Associate Account Manager supports the daily operations of both laydown and on-figure product photography produced at Gap Inc.’s in-house Photo Studio. This role supports the workflow (from pre-production through post-production) generating online product photography and video assets that meet both the creative and financial objectives of their brand. With a familiarity (or strong interest) in the photo production pipeline and an ability to provide support and accountability to cross-functional business partners, the Associate Account Manager will support the Photo Studio Production team in asset creation, management and on-time delivery. This individual must be solutions and action oriented, flexible, organized and consistently deliver against tight deadlines.What You'll Do
- Support daily operations of the photo production process for assigned brand(s), from pre-production through post-production
- Manage workflow to ensure photography and video assets are delivered on time and meet creative and financial goals
- Partner closely with production, styling, merchandising, and creative teams to ensure alignment across all deliverables
- Track project milestones, schedules, and asset delivery, maintaining strong organization across multiple concurrent projects
- Support the Photo Studio Production team with asset management, reporting, and cross-functional communication
- Anticipate potential workflow or delivery issues and proactively identify solutions
- Maintain clear, consistent communication across teams to ensure smooth day-to-day execution
- Provide reporting support by tracking metrics and contributing to basic data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Who You Are
- 2+ years of production or project management experience (photo or video production experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of accountability
- Demonstrated ability to track and analyze metrics to support operational improvements
- Proficient in both PC and Mac platforms, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Action-oriented, flexible, and able to deliver consistently under pressure
