What You’ll Do:

• Set up and maintain live plant displays that attract customers
• Ensure displays are fresh, tidy, and organized
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and store staff
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure environment

What You Bring:

• Interest or experience in merchandising of live plants and retail
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
• Strong communication and a smartphone for work apps
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors (seasonally)
