Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team. This role requires experience operating CAT 920 and CAT 907 loaders to safely and efficiently transport materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to handle bagged products weighing up to 100 pounds. Bilingual candidates are a bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CAT 920 and CAT 907 loaders to move, load, and distribute materials.
- Lift and handle bagged products up to 100 pounds as needed.
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Follow site plans, blueprints, and safety guidelines.
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and organizing materials.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform routine maintenance and report any equipment issues.
- Adhere to all company and OSHA safety regulations.

Requirements
- Prior experience operating CAT 920 and CAT 907 loaders.
- Ability to lift and transport bagged products up to 100 pounds.
- Understanding of safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required.
- OSHA certification or other safety training is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.

- Proven work experience as a Customer Service Associate, Sales Associate, or similar role.
