The Cryostorage and Customer Support Coordinator is responsible for resolving client inquiries related to inventory and specimen storage. This position will serve as liaison and centralized point of contact between the storage facility, the billing platform, laboratories, and clinics in resolving client inquiries. The position will be cross-trained and assist with daily operations of the facility including, but not limited to, specimen handling and shipments, data entry, documentation requests, and equipment maintenance.

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Cryostorage and Customer Support Coordinator to join our Henderson, NV team. The schedule is working Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm, with one weekend per month (weekend hours flexible) and rotating holidays as needed.

How You'll Contribute:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues via phone and email
  • Facilitate the transport and transfer of biological samples, including booking shipments, preparing necessary documentation, and coordinating with couriers and internal/external units
  • Interact regularly with other departments, such as billing, laboratory operations, consenting, revenue cycle management to ensure a seamless service process
  • Ensure strict adherence to privacy regulations and company policies
  • Assist the Manager of Biorepository Operations with daily operations duties
  • Cross-train and assist with shipping and receiving cryostorage specimens, including courier scheduling, shipment handling, inventory maintenance, specimen transfers and specimen handling
  • Coordinate logistics between clients and couriers
  • Maintain patient records (paper and electronic)
  • General office duties such as filing, copying, cleaning, scanning, organizing, and answering the phone
  • Respond to after hours on call phone and weekend rotation
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

  • High School diploma required
  • 2+ years of medical office experience
  • Medical records, customer service and/or fertility experience is preferred
  • Experience with medical services operations
  • Experience in customer service coordination
  • Knowledge of cryostorage processes
  • Specimen handling in a laboratory setting
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to build and facilitate good working relationships with staff at all levels of organization
  • Demonstrated ability exercising sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure and within deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good research skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn at all times
