Personal Care Assistant (PCA) at Eminence Home Care

Eminence Home Care is actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team of caregivers!

As a PCA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Your support will help clients maintain their independence while ensuring they receive the assistance they need with daily activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage in social activities.
• Help with meal preparation and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred.
• Compassionate demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

• Must pass background checks and provide proof of immunizations.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
