From our Austin Texas location, Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions is seeking a talented, motivated Senior RF Test Electrical Engineer who wants to join an organization where teamwork is highly valued. The selected candidate is required to have experience in testing and validating radio frequency (RF) systems and components. You will be responsible for ensuring the performance, quality, and reliability of RF products through rigorous testing and analysis. This role requires a deep understanding of RF principles, test methodologies, and the ability to work with advanced test equipment and cutting-edge technology. You will collaborate closely with design engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop and execute test plans, which includes the integration of Test solutions, and providing detailed reports on test results. The candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have a passion for continuous improvement. |

Required Skills and Education
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum 5 years of prior work experience, or an Advanced degree and minimum 3 years of prior work experience.
- Familiarity with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, phase noise analyzers, and signal generators.
