The newly remodeled Midtown Hotel, part of the dynamic Colwen Hotels family, is looking for a hands-on, passionate, and results-driven Hotel General Manager to take the helm and bring this stunning property to life!

What You’ll Do

As Hotel General Manager, you’ll lead all aspects of hotel operations — from Front Office and Housekeeping to Maintenance and Sales. You’ll ensure every guest feels valued, every associate feels supported, and every department runs seamlessly.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Inspiring, coaching, and leading a passionate team to deliver best-in-class hospitality.
  • Overseeing all daily operations to ensure exceptional quality, cleanliness, and service.
  • Developing strategic business and financial plans that drive results and profitability.
  • Partnering with Sales and Marketing to create innovative revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Building strong community relationships and staying in tune with local market trends.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing top talent — fostering a culture of excellence and fun.
  • Maintaining strict adherence to financial controls, company standards, and brand expectations.

  • A seasoned hospitality leader with 5+ years of hotel management experience.
  • Energetic, motivated, and passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences.
  • A strategic thinker and hands-on operator who leads by example.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a creative problem-solver.
  • Skilled communicator who thrives in a collaborative, people-first culture.
  • Previous brand experience is a plus!
