About the Role:
- Provide advanced clinical care as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) in collaboration with physicians.
 - Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients within the scope of Louisiana state regulations.
 - Practice guided by licensing boards, collaborative agreements, and national standards.
 - Deliver care in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient clinics, infusion centers, and emergency settings.
 
How You’ll Drive Our Mission Forward:
- Perform detailed health histories, physical exams, and documentation including progress notes, discharge summaries, and diagnostic interpretations.
 - Initiate and manage both pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments.
 - Coordinate care through patient rounds, interdisciplinary collaboration, and communication with families and providers.
 - Lead and participate in committees, patient care projects, and community education efforts.
 - Maintain clinical excellence through continuing education, research participation, and mentoring.
 - Ensure compliance and quality through accurate record-keeping and billing documentation.
 
What Makes You a Great Match:
- Master’s degree from an accredited CRNP or PA program with current Louisiana licensure and national certification (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA, etc.).
 - BLS and ACLS certified with EKG course completion within 12 months.
 - Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience.
 - Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
 - Commitment to ethical practice, professional development, and team-based care.
 - Interest in leadership, innovation in patient programs, and active organizational involvement.
