1.0 Full Time JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT: Under the supervision of the Director I, operates and supervises the libraries in the District. The District Librarian will assist instructional staff by making a variety of library materials and services available to supplement the instructional program; provide educational experiences for students in the area of library resources and technology; oversee the work of assigned classified staff; and perform related work as required.

Requirements / Qualifications: To be considered for this position, please attach the following documents to your completed EdJoin application: - Credential Required: Valid CA Teacher Librarian or Library Media Teacher Credential. - Valid California Driver's License with evidence of insurability. Experience: Five (5) years of experience working in education or other related experience with a minimum of three (3) years working as a librarian.
