Essential Duties:

  • Review, interpret, and negotiate customer contracts, proposals, and tenders to ensure alignment with company policies and risk tolerance.
  • Support business development teams in the preparation of commercial proposals and pricing strategies.
  • Analyze commercial terms and identify key risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and project management teams on contractual compliance.
  • Develop detailed cost models and pricing estimates for engineering projects, equipment packages, or service contracts.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and procurement to validate material, labor, and logistics costs.
  • Perform sensitivity analyses to assess financial outcomes under different scenarios.
  • Support project teams through contract handover, change order management, and cost control during execution.
  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
  • Provide commercial input on project schedules, milestones, and billing structures.
  • Partner with sales and engineering teams to develop technical-commercial proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Analyze market data, competitor pricing, and trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in customer meetings and presentations to explain technical and commercial aspects.
  • Ensure adherence to internal commercial policies, governance standards, and bid review procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of proposals, contracts, and commercial approvals.
  • Prepare financial and commercial reports for leadership review.

Requirements:

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
  • EXPERIENCE: 10+ years’ experience
  • TRAVEL: 50%
  • OTHER:
    • Submit to and satisfactorily complete pre-employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screening
    • Must possess a valid Driver’s License
