Provide customer service, build relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities with Revolution Season Members.

Execute proactive retention campaigns that involve outreach via phone, email and in-person face-to-face visits to Revolution Season Members on a year-round basis.

Maintain detailed notes of all customer interactions using the GoldMine CRM database software and Archtics ticketing system.

Interface with the ticket office on a daily basis to facilitate the timely delivery of tickets and payment processing.

Deliver general customer service for daily inquiries including answering the 1-877-GET-REVS phone line and Revolution customer service email inbox.

Serve as the primary customer service point of contact for patrons on Revolution game days.

Assist the ticket sales staff with service after the sale including package fulfillment, inquiry resolution, and post-event follow-up.

Contribute to the planning and execution of Revolution Season Member and ticket sales events.

Perform various tasks and special projects at the request of the Customer Service Manager.

Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills.

Exhibits a professional and courteous demeanor on the phone and in person.

Proficient in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced and deadline oriented environment.
