We are seeking a dynamic Commissioned Independent (1099) Footwear Sales Representative to take our sales to the next level. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Success: Achieve quarterly and annual sales and margin goals while expanding our footprint with new and existing accounts.
  • Strategic Account Management: Cultivate profitable relationships, analyze sales trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
  • Collaborative Communication: Work closely with customer service and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and exceptional client experiences.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor performance, providing valuable feedback to enhance our collections.
  • Territory Management: Independently manage your territory, travel schedule, and business expenses while promoting the SAS brand with enthusiasm.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales-Driven: A proven track record in wholesale sales, particularly in the footwear industry.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and maintain meticulous records.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Highly motivated and capable of working autonomously without direct supervision.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in retail math and strong Excel skills to interpret data and drive actionable strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of wholesale sales experience in footwear.
  • Post-high school education is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and trends.
