Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Provide chairside assistance during pediatric and orthodontic procedures.
• Oversee daily clinical flow — coordinate team assignments and ensure efficient scheduling.
• Train, mentor, and support clinical team members to maintain consistency and quality care. 
• Ensure infection control and sterilization protocols are followed at all times. 
• Manage inventory and supply ordering to keep the clinic well-stocked and organized. 
• Take and develop digital x-rays, impressions, and intraoral photos as needed. 
• Help young patients and parents feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit. 
• Communicate effectively with the front office and doctor to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management  

Qualifications: 

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Tennessee. 
• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience (pediatric preferred). 
• Leadership or team-lead experience in a dental office strongly preferred. 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
• Positive, professional attitude with a commitment to patient care and teamwork.
