Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Industrial Electricians for projects located in and around Pacific, MO. This is a third shift opportunity with a pay range that starts at $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Duties:
- Provide hands-on supervision of the maintenance team while performing general and preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot, repair, fabricate, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems on production, processing, packaging, and utility equipment.
- Train, mentor, and develop maintenance staff; ensure preventative maintenance work orders are completed on schedule.
- Participate in equipment installation, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician in a supervisory/maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Ability to lead a team, train staff, and follow safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
