Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with major discount retailers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at maximizing revenue from the discount segment
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to create tailored offerings for discount partners
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Oversee pricing strategies and inventory management for discount product lines
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our discount offerings

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within the discount or off-price apparel segment
  • Demonstrated success in managing key retail accounts and exceeding sales targets
  • Deep understanding of discount market dynamics and consumer behavior
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with retail partners
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Proficient in managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
