Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with major discount retailers
- Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at maximizing revenue from the discount segment
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to create tailored offerings for discount partners
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Oversee pricing strategies and inventory management for discount product lines
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our discount offerings
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within the discount or off-price apparel segment
- Demonstrated success in managing key retail accounts and exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of discount market dynamics and consumer behavior
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with retail partners
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Proficient in managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
