Nissan of Clearwater are searching for an Experienced Automotive Shop Foreman to join our team.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure technicians are trained to properly repair each job assigned
• Ensures appropriate training of all technicians
• Ensures technicians fully utilize the available resources of the service department
• Monitor all in repairs in progress and intercede when necessary to expedite repair completion
• Serve as a liaison between the service manager, service advisors, dispatcher, parts personal technicians, warranty administration and clients

Requirements

• Must have Nissan experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Must speak and communicate in a professional manner
• Ability to work well with others - always being courteous, proactive and upbeat
• Must have a strong ability to multi-task
