Are you a night owl who enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly after hours? We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused Overnight Operations Associate to join our resort team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face guests can rely on throughout the night — ensuring safety, comfort, and top-notch service across our beautiful property.

What You’ll Do

Every night brings something new! You’ll:

• Greet and assist guests with requests — from small maintenance tasks to late check-ins.
• Patrol the property, pool, and tennis areas to ensure a peaceful and secure environment.
• Escort guests to their villas and handle guest deliveries as needed.
• Secure the Clubhouse at closing time and tidy the pool area.
• Cross-train with our Night Audit team to support front desk operations when needed.
• Deliver newspapers to requested villas by 4:00 AM.
• Enforce property rules and assist during emergencies with calm professionalism.
• Complete nightly reports and log safety or maintenance concerns in the RDP system.
• Perform six nightly interior property tours — at least three on foot to ensure detailed oversight.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• CPR/AED certified (or willing to complete training).
• Basic computer skills and cash handling experience.
• Valid driver’s license (golf cart certification provided).
• This role requires being on your feet, walking, and moving throughout the property for much of your shift. 
• You should be able to lift up to 30 lbs and comfortably perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and kneeling.
