What You'll Be Doing

• Lead technical support for cement products across assigned markets and customer segments.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and quality teams to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Provide expert guidance on cement applications, troubleshooting, and innovation opportunities.
• Represent the company in industry forums, technical committees, and customer engagements.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.

Work Environment
This role involves a mix of office-based work, field visits to customer sites, and collaboration with plant and technical teams. Travel may be required to support regional operations and customer engagements.
