Job Overview
An Architectural Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and lead residential/commercial opportunities for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.; working with the AutoCAD to provide redline drafting; preparing detailed drawings, layouts, sketches, maps, and graphic representations of architecture designs; making use of computers and architecture related software. Prior experience in the industry is advantageous. Strong ability to visualize graphics and interpret things quickly is essential.
Highlights of your role
- Run and lead residential/commercial opportunities for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
- Consistent communication of status and deliverables to key project Customers.
- Cross-functional teamwork with product options, pricing and production abilities.
- Application of Marvin product knowledge in review of construction documents.
- Utilization of drafting tools to develop documents for the approval and confirmation of specifications, applications, and products for complete and accurate production.
- Assist with the support and development of our channel partners and trade professionals.
- Support departmental goal initiatives to achieve critical measurements.

- Solution-oriented and innovative thinking abilities.
- Strong PC skills applying AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
- Approachable, collaborative, and presents with appropriate eye for business.
- Understanding of drafting concepts and knowledge of the construction industry.
- Professional and positive demeanor.
- Project management experience preferred.

- 2-4 years related degree or 2-4 years industry related experience
- Technical skills to quickly learn Marvin products, systems, and processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-directed; confident; motivated; able to self-manage priorities and deadlines; organized; diligent.
