EA SPORTS creates connected experiences that ignite the emotion of sport through industry-leading sports video games, including Madden NFL football, FIFA soccer, NHL® hockey, and EA SPORTS UFC.The Role EA SPORTS Tiburon is looking for a Production Director to build and lead key development areas of a new team working on a brand new game, delivering play experiences for a wide range of American Football fans across console and PC . This is an opportunity to mold a team from the ground up delivering new live services, design new ways to play, allowing more fans to engage in their football fandom. As the Production Director on the team, you will lead multiple core areas of the new product, to potentially include; systems and metagame design, leading and building teams of environment artists, content designers, and level designers for open world elements, and/or driving user experience designers and UI artists in the creation of strong presentation elements for our game.Your ResponsibilitiesGuide the vision and execution for major areas of new American Football IP from prototype through to final shipping. Align your team and stakeholder to the vision, present and sell, interpret player data and more.Establish roadmaps for game experiences, aligning with the broader goals of EA SPORTS titles and EA.Use insights to create features that deliver against the motivations of our target players. Lead brainstorming sessions to spur creativity across the team. Make decisions that lead to an MVP target.Guide team culture as part of the leadership team to build a highly engaged, high performing team.Work with Production, Art, Design, and Engineering lead to improve quality, communication and coordination.Partner with Development Directors to manage the project schedule, milestones and sprint deliverables.Partner with Art, UX, Engineering, QA, and Design teams to ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliverables are met.Engage with other partner teams, including publishing, marketing, finance, legal, consumer insights, and game analytics.Set and drive the quality bar for your overall experience, features and gameplay.You will report to the Executive Producer for the new IP.Required QualificationsAn experienced Lead Producer or Senior Producer with 10+ years of experience in game production, entertainment, or technology-focused roles.A love for working with a diverse group of people to accomplish something great as a team.Create, pitch and sell a vision with appropriate production value. Define the long-term path for the experience from MVP to 5 years.Deep experience prioritizing and managing scope of large game projects.Experience with diverse gaming business models, including mobile and free-to-play.Experience with pioneering, and encouraging others to consider different perspectives.A master of influence, helping others understand and become passionate about their work.An accomplished mediator and resolver of conflicts.Familiar with scrum and Agile development concepts.Experienced in using data and insights to inform planning.
