Summary

The Manager, Sales Orders leads the daily operations of the Sales Orders Team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to both external customers and the internal Field Sales Team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales Orders team, including efficient order processing, approvals, and communication to all stakeholders
  • Mentor and motivate the team to consistently achieve established metrics and goals
  • Continuously train new and current team members on Brivo solutions and updated order entry processes
  • Ensure accurate entry of sales orders into systems, manage escalations to ensure customer satisfaction, and provide backup support to the team as needed
  • Respond to incoming messages, emails, and phone inquiries from resellers, prospects, partners, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain a high level of industry knowledge and sales skills to professionally represent Brivo in the market
  • Provide valuable feedback to management regarding process and experience improvements requested from resellers and end users
  • Utilize Brivo processes and tools to accurately track contact activities, facilitating effective management reviews 
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales order processing and sales administration experience 
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Must be technically inclined and solutions-oriented 
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM, MS Office, and NetSuite
  • Must have the ability to train and explain technical concepts
  • Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and foster a learning and collaborative culture within the Sales Orders Team
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The compensation package for this full-time position includes an annual base salary range of $70,000 - $75,000. Individual compensation packages are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions.
