Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the Credit Union to identify opportunities for automating business processes using Robotic Process Automation.
Serves as a technical expert in process automation, analyzing existing processes and workflows to resolve complex automation challenges using the DMAIC process.
Analyzes business requirements and designs Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
Collaborates with IT administrators to ensure proper integration with other systems and technologies.
Develops, validates, and deploys Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions aligned with industry best practices and Credit Union standards.
Applies Visual Basics (VB) expressions, regular expressions, and batch files to create resilient and adaptable automations.
Diagnoses and resolves issues throughout development, testing, and production phases while providing technical support to end-users as needed.
Develops and maintains documentation for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions and environments, including technical specifications and administration procedures for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform maintenance.
Performs server maintenance and updates on the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform (test and production environments) as needed.
Acts as a subject matter expert on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology, advising stakeholders and leadership on RPA capabilities, emerging trends, technological advancements, and best practices to inform automation strategy and drive innovation.
Continuously assesses and optimizes Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Stays abreast of current and emerging trends and technologies associated with utilizing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to automate business processes.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications

Education Requirements
4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or closely related field - Required
Robotic Process Automation Developer Certification - Preferred
Experience Requirement
3 Years - Responsible experience in developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions - Required
2 Years - Responsible experience in process mapping, performing user support, testing, and related functions for business applications - Required
1 Year - Responsible experience in administering systems in an RPA environment - Preferred
